Booking and payment

Your booking is a request: it becomes final once The Playground Morocco accepts it and the 30% deposit is received by bank transfer. You are informed by email at each step.

Right of withdrawal

Stays, accommodation and activities booked for specific dates are not subject to the distance-selling right of withdrawal: the cancellation terms above apply.

Tourist tax

Any tourist tax due is shown separately in the price summary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, including Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
