This policy explains how your personal data is used when you book a stay with The Playground Morocco.

Data controller

The Playground Morocco (ICE 003955206000036 · IF 73164700 · RC 69701), Tamraght, Agadir. Contact: theplaygroundmorocco@gmail.com.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data we collect

Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, country), stay details (dates, room, package, extras), answers to the booking form (e.g. age, surf level, diet, arrival details). Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by The Playground Morocco.

Why?

To manage your booking and stay (legal basis: performance of a contract), to meet accounting and legal obligations, and, only with your consent, to send you offers.

Recipients

The The Playground Morocco team. Technical providers acting on its behalf: CampCore (booking software, processor), the software host, Stripe (payments) and the email service. Guests' identity details may be passed on to the authorities where the law requires it of accommodation providers. Your data is never sold.

Transfers outside Morocco

The software and its database are hosted by providers located outside Morocco. These transfers are limited to what your booking requires and are carried out in accordance with Law No. 09-08.

Retention

3 year(s) after the end of your stay for customer relations, then deletion or anonymisation; accounting records are kept for the legal period.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, and object to its use on legitimate grounds, by writing to theplaygroundmorocco@gmail.com. You may contact Morocco's data protection authority (CNDP, www.cndp.ma). If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR and may contact your local authority.

Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised staff, each business's data strictly separated from others.
